Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our Project Administrator position. In this role, you will coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations to help us achieve success. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment. You must have the ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as be part of a team. The accuracy of data entered and maintained in the timekeeping system, crew lists, and databases is top priority. Monitor for errors and discrepancies and track the percentage of records with accurate information.
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for managing regional project administration tasks. This includes accurately and punctually entering payroll information into client applications, as well as organizing and maintaining payroll-related documentation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate employee records and updating the time management system in a timely manner.
- Submitting time records promptly for payroll and invoicing purposes.
- Collecting payroll documentation to ensure timely worker payments.
- Maintaining project crew lists and reporting on time usage and costs.
- Addressing payment inquiries, supporting project supervision, and managing travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with regulations.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - You should have completed a certificate, diploma, or degree in business administration. - You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and timekeeping. - You should be familiar with understanding and interpreting union agreements. - You should be proficient in computer Office Suite applications, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook. - You should possess strong English verbal and written communication skills. - You should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
