Internal Brand Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Internal Brand Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to sales. As an Internal Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining client profiles, taking and inputting orders, answering phones, building tailored sales materials, and managing business relationships. This role requires a commitment to continuous learning and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email, offering solutions and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Client Profile Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles, ensuring all relevant information is recorded in the system.
- Regularly review and update client information to reflect any changes or new preferences.
Order Management:
- Take client orders accurately and input them into the system in a timely manner.
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly and follow up on any discrepancies or issues.
Phone Management:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing client needs and directing calls as necessary.
- Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, cold calling potential clients, and other sales activities.
Sales Material Development:
- Develop customized sales materials to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Utilize product knowledge and client information to create compelling and personalized presentations.
Business Relationship Management:
- Build and manage strong business relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate products and services.
Learning and Development:
- Commit to continuous learning and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Attend all Product Knowledge meetings and training sessions to enhance your understanding and capabilities.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to contribute to overall success.
Professionalism:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all actions reflect the company's values and standards.
Cold Calling:
- Actively engage in cold-calling activities to generate new business leads.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to introduce products and services to potential clients.
Input Orders:
- Accurately input client orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
